Printer Capabilities

The GLEIKE MINI may be connected to a printer for trip receipts, totals or other messages. Two types of printer packages are available. The "MINI Printer" implements a dot matrix printer technology for low cost paper and ribbon.

The “MINI PRINTER", is one of the most compact and practical models on the market today. In comparison with other available printers, we can note its ability to receive large diameter paper rolls (45 mm), its ability to print up to 300 trips per roll, the highest ease of use (less handling to open the printer), and competitive cost. Paper roll changes are designed to be extremely fast and simple.
 
The printer is fitted with a paper detection device which displays a message on the screen – “no paper” to signal the need to change the roll of paper.
The taximeter may be programmed to stop working if the printer is unplugged or if there is no paper.

Security

The “MINI PRINTER” may be fixed on a mechanical bracket which is permanently affixed on the car.  The bracket may be secured by sealing.
It may be connected to the taximeter by a standard or an armoured cable; the connector may be accessible or protected by sealing.
